who is behind all this?

Hi, I'm Juliette

I'm the founder/creator/grower of The Art Branch and a self-confessed serial creative. I have a quite few ‘branches’ myself that stem from my creative streak - I've always made arty things.

I am an Architectural Designer who also makes art and teaches some pretty amazing 6 - 11 year olds.

I have traveled quite a bit and I love looking at art and design.

where did this grow from?

In 2012 I taught my first after school art class to a wonderful bunch of young creatives overseas. When I returned to Australia I started the Art Branch - After School. I can see the enjoyment in the process of making art whatever your age or stage.

I found my own passion to share the hands-on experience of making some really amazing and enjoyable artwork with your kids or for yourself.

where in the world?

I'm an antipodean - originally from the very southern end of the world Invercargill, NZ and now my family and I live in Fremantle, Western Australia.

I like to use some of the unique themes and experiences from this very special part of the world in my art classes and into the projects here for you. There is so much inspiration for new projects.

I'm really lucky to have been fortunate enough to have some extremely talented art and design teachers in my life, amazing creatives in my own family and in my eclectic bunch of friends. I hope I can spark some inspiration in you.

The Art Branch really is a tribute to them all.
