Vincent Van Gogh Art Workshops for Kids with the City of Melville
A look at four of Vincents Paintings one at each venue - we’ll talk about him and how he painted , what others were painting at the time and the huge impact his art has had upon the world. We will paint our own A3 interpretations to take home and we will also collaborate on a mural for each library.

Afterschool Art Classes during Term Time
Our Weekly Art Classes have been put on hiatus for Term 1 2022 due to covid concerns. We hope to be back at AH Bracks Library + Creative Space corner Canning Hwy and Stock Road, Melville WA very soon!
The Art Branch offers Children's After School Art Classes on Thursdays 3:30 - 5pm during Term time at the AH Bracks Library + Creative Space in Melville,WA.
Each of our original Art Lessons are dedicated toward teaching our students the Elements and Principles of Art. This knowledge is very easily transferred into so many different aspects of our lives and our studies at school-not just art.
Our Art Classes are made up from a range of age groups from 6 - 14 years old. The students learn to work together and build up each others self esteem and resilience while exploring the many facets of art. We celebrate our achievements and work together in our studio atmosphere towards great outcomes - there is ‘work’ in our artwork!

Special Events
Special art events are also offered throughout the year. We have been out and about holding pop-up art classes in the Fremantle WA community. Keep an eye on our facebook page "The Art Branch - Art + Design for new and exciting art classes.
The Art Branch can bring the art studio to you! We run a special "Art class and a glass" for up to x12 participants. Creating an acrylic on canvas painting in a great fun 2.5 hour art class. You may choose the subject to suit the event - we can even design something specially for you to celebrate your very special event!
We supply canvases, easels, aprons, paints and brushes - you supply the bubbles!
